Setting up a URL Redirect is quick and easy on SnapPages, and can be set up as both a temporary redirect or a permanent redirect to best suit your needs. 

This is a great feature that you can utilize to make sure your end users get to your active content, as you delete and rename pages over time! As well as a great way to reroute your users to other online resources.

To get one set up for any no longer existing pages just follow the steps below! 

  1. Head to SEO under Settings and scroll to the bottom
  2. Click Add Redirect
  3. In the Redirect From field add a forward slash ( "/" ) then the old page you want to redirect people away from.
  4. In the To field add in a forward slash ( "/" ) and the name of your SnapPages Pages you would like to redirect too. 
  5. Choose if you would like the Redirect to be Permanent or Temporary

To redirect a page to another website just follow the steps below!

  1. Click Add Redirect
  2. In the Redirect From field add a forward slash ( "/" ) and name of your SnapPages Pages you would like to redirect away from.
  3. In the To field add in the full domain name of the website you would like to redirect too. 
  4. Choose if you would like the Redirect to be Permanent or Temporary
